How customisable is this tour?
This tour is easily customisable in that guests can extend or reduce their stay or a substituted alternative property within the Okavango Delta, should availability be limited for the desired travel period can be provided. There are multiple entry points for each destination listed on this tour and the order of the itinerary can be reversed as well.
Can all dietary requirements be catered for?
With the exception of Kosher or Halal requirements, most properties can accommodate all dietary preferences. It is recommended to provide advance notice.
Are there any restrictions on luggage?
When preparing for a safari holiday in Botswana, it’s advisable to pack light. Most charter aircraft flights have a maximum luggage allowance of 20kg (44lb) per person, which includes one piece of hand luggage or a camera bag weighing up to 5kg (11 lbs). If you have extra luggage, you can book additional seats where space permits. Each additional seat booked allows for an extra 70kg (154lb) of luggage. It’s recommended to contact your international airline, which you used to travel to South Africa or Botswana, to confirm their specific luggage allowances prior to travelling.
Is there Wi-Fi internet access available?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available at all locations; however, due to the remote location of your safari destinations, access will be limited to sending emails and using instant messaging services, but not for media streaming.
